Vivian Chambers (Jennifer Holt) has a secret identity. She moonlights as "the Hawk," a villain who leads a gang of criminals. Vivian's uncle owns a ranch, and she wants to commandeer it. After her uncle catches a glimpse of the Hawk's secret lair, Vivian kills him and decides to go after his daughter, Carole (June Carlson), as well.
